Travelling info and getting accredited

Following FIA Appendix S Sporting Code, all team members who will need to enter High density areas, are required one of the following requirements:

  • Person has been fully vaccinated against Covid-19 with a vaccine approved by the national / local laws;
  • Person has a certificate proving that he/she has been previously infected with Covid-19 (has received his/her first positive COVID-19 test result not less than 4 weeks and not more than 6 months prior to the Event);

Accreditation process

In view of all the above, please be aware that Organiser or World RX of Rīga, will also require an Event registration form for the accreditation.

The e-mail will be sent to all stakeholders (team managers, head of suppliers etc)

  1. The stakeholder must create the list of the persons (Attendees) travelling to Latvia for the Event
    (Please note that RX Teams have limited number of persons to get accredited for the Event!)
  2. An individual form (to e-mail address given by Stakeholder) will be sent out for each of the Attendee – to gather the information about the person to get him/her accredited. Asked information may consist of digital Covid-19 certificate, history of the attendee’s movement between countries during the last 14 days, contact information, photo and signed forms, if required – Covid-19 negative test result that must be uploaded to form (individual form can be corrected by using the same link given in the first place).
    • Based on received documentation the Organizer will check whether this person fits to attend the Event to receive the accreditation and also will manage the further steps for the Covid-19 tests to be done before arrival to Latvia or during the stay in Latvia – as per current rules at that date.
    • Please also note, that FIA Attendees and Stakeholders commitment forms are a must do as well just like RX Promoter Event Accreditation Agreement & Data Protection Declaration of Consent form. It will be possible to add mentioned forms signed when filling online individual forms or they can be signed on site.
    • It is mandatory to provide true and correct information in the individual form on time!
    • Only persons with correctly filled forms and all documentation provided, will be able to receive the accreditation for the Event!
    • Accreditation will be handed out on site individually when confirming identity with passport or ID card!
